Location, location, location.

Property is nicely located across Plaza Colon. Our room has basic things we need. Everything within Old Town is walkable from the property. Hope to be back.

When we booked we didn’t know WHERE we were going to be only that Hugo’s place was very nice from the pictures and that the communication with management was spot on. Now, this place is a JEWEL right in the heart of Old San Juan. I could see the cruise port, the old Castile, tons of culture, shopping, food, just everything for someone wanting to be in the middle of it all. It was great. I would love to stay here for a week in the future because you aren’t going to find a better spot. I took the family and we all were amazed by how perfect it was. HUGO’S WAS PERFECT. That is not easy to say but it’s true. SO TRUE. History, culture, food, bars, sights, (people were jogging around the Castile all morning), the I ❤️ San Juan sign is a few feet away.

This was a nice property for the price. It was in the middle of old town and convenient to everything. A charming property for the price.

Presidential apt was excellent. Property contact person was helpful and cleaning staff was nice and did well.

Excellent location for all your needs, whether it be culture, dining, or departing on a cruise. And although you’re in the e center of the old town, the room is so quiet that you can actually get some good rest.
