We absolutely loved Hugo’s and Maricruz was lovely. We booked a weekend before a cruise and decided to stay again when we got back. You CANNOT beat this location. Perfect for us!

There is no room access information in email on date of arrival. Also there is no room number mentioned. I had to call to find out. Very poor communication. The hotel is in excellent location close to everything. Condition is also okay.

Trip was amazing. Stayed here for a few days before our cruise. Everything was excellent except the late evening noise (music and a shuffling sound) from the other side of the wall. Location was outstanding and we would definitely stay here again.
