No restaurant so no food or drink. Centrally located but made it very noisy.

NOISE. Walls of rooms were so thin you could hear conversations in next room. Entry to hotel was dirty.

The room was very spacious and the bed was pretty comfortable. When our fan didn't work they gave us a new one, which was great. The location of the hotel was so close to the square. We took the bus into town from CDMX and this hotel was about a 10-15 minute walk from the bus stop (uphill!!!) but it was a complicated walk since you're going through a very large market, don't trust your phone's GPS, it doesn't know where you are - I wish I had just paid for a taxi from the bus stop even tho it was such a short walk, in theory.

I asked to check in early via Whats App and was told it wasn't a problem, but was told no at the front desk and had to argue a bit (which was hard to do since I don't speak spanish) and they did finally let us in our room early. There was absolutely no hot water in the shower and the toilet did not like to flush properly.
