Value for money. The bed and room was comfortable. Staff were extremely nice and couldn't be more helpful. They arranged convenient, well priced transportation to Hanoi for us with pickup from the hotel.

Crotte de nez sur le mur, service de lingerie pas à la hauteur d'un hôtel, on m'a rendu un vêtement blanc taché, emplacement à 20min en voiture du centre de Sapa, les photos faite en IA ne correspondent pas à ça que nous avons eu

Le lit / Chambre propre , salle de bain ok

La piscine ne ressemble pas au photo , tout est en travaux et pas finit , le roof top et ouvert mais pas finit en chantier
