En Hotel Sapa

Amazing hotel! It was beautifully designed, super clean and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. Would 100% recommend it and I’d love to come back in the future.

Our room was quiet and comfortable. Checkout is easy, you can use the kiosks or front desk. Has a text service request, very prompt. The staff were really helpful, so all in all a good experience.

The toilet paper was soft. Great food places and people in the area.

The photos are EXTREMELY misleading!! This hotel is on a busy street with lots of road noise and noise from other guests despite stating the rooms were sound proof. We assumed from the photos that we were staying somewhere serene, but it's a busy little town. We paid extra for mountain views, and while we got them, we also got the street and buildings that weren't shown from the same room. That would be fine if this was averted truthfully! The owners attitude changed towards us when we enquired about the room we booked, not matching the description, and didn't book anything further with them. Their bike rental was more expensive than in town, but you definitely need a bike if you stay here because it will cost you around $250,000VND to and from town each time. They did offer 2 tours that didn't interest us much for the price. The breakfast was OK but nothing special. The pool was average as well, and nothing was as the pictures are. The cleanliness was a bit average. Mold all over the rain shower head and toothpaste splashed all over the wall and curtain around the basin.

Very friendly staff, lovely people, the hotel was so clean and the bed - comfortable. View of the room was also really good. Loved to stay there, hope to see you soon.

We had exceptional service from the staff, the rooms were very big and clean and had everything we needed inside. Rooms were clean, great showers. Breakfast was excellent.

Friendly staff that really try to look after you. Quiet location. Good views. They gave us a free ride into Sapa town on check out.

Just make sure you pay by card or get a receipt on the spot when you pay cash. You may be asked to cancel your booking.com reservation and pay cash which you can’t as you will end up with the cancellation fee. Also look at the room photos when you select the rooms to get a more realistic idea of what the hotel offers.
