Facilities were great. Everything clean and modern. Staff were lovely and incredibly helpful, even providing local food recommendations.

The staff was absolutely amazing and the rooms were really good. Great value for money. It was my favorite stay in Sapa so far. The staff is so warm and helpful. The location is really good. And the rooms were very neat and cute.

The hotel had stunning views of the mountains, and everything was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Definitely a great place to relax in Sapa.
