En Hotel Sapa

The staff were extremely professional, respectful and welcoming. The establishment itself was absolutely beautiful. The breakfast was simple and delicious.

Fantastic hotel with exceptional staff. Reception staff are amazing, they are welcoming. I like room service, and how clean they are, high speed Internet Room size fair enough, bed, pillows so comfortable. Bathroom big enough.

Excellent room - free upgrade and drink vouchers offered when they realised we were celebrating a wedding anniversary. The staff are quiet, friendly and efficient.

We wanted to live outside of Sapa to avoid the croud and En Hotel in Ta Van is a good location for that

At first, we didnt have a mattress on the bed.. figuring that only late at night we couldnt make a change. They changed it late the next day, and the hotel manager knew about it, which is kind of bad service in my book. We did book a tour with them in advance but they tried to scam us and ask for more money the day before our trek, which we didnt appreciate

I felt very comfortable and my bed and pillows perfect. The staff are amazing. Everyone of them. Thanks!!!
