Everything was excellent from the booking experience the checking in instructions were prompt and precise the staff were also exceptionally helpful particularly EDDIE who in my opinion went beyond and more than his duties do a big yhank you

It had a great view, very clean and great location. Also the owner was extremely accommodating to our arrival time and extra parking.

I liked the location. Close to the convention center and Southport Raw bar restaurant. I liked the space and the balcony.

The WiFi reception was awful. I had to leave the property to work because the signal wasn’t strong and kept dropping. The TV was streaming so that was frustrating as well. It was hard to sign in without it spinning and then dropping. I don’t care for the app to pay for laundry. Wanted too much personal info just to wash my clothes. I prefer they just had a tap your credit card. You had to buy a certain dollar amount and you don’t get a refund if you don’t use it all.

We had some issues upon our arrival and things that needed to be addressed BUT I will say that the host was VERY quick to respond and addressed and corrected EVERY concern. We were very grateful for that! Cordova is located just 4 miles from the Fort Lauderdale airport so that was huge plus. We liked having access to the grocery stores, Dollar stores, and local restaurants. Highly recommend Ethos Greek Bistro in the Dollar Store/Ross shopping center. Terrific food! Nice open cafe/bar. Short walk to 15th street Fisheries right on the water. Comfortable beds. Laundry on site! Would recommend perhaps hooks on back of doors/bathroom for towels and maybe extra hangers in the closet ( I left the ones I had purchased.) Also small trashcans for each bedroom.

Just some general observations. The outside of the building needs some attention. There was a lot of trash in and near the bushes which was there for the entire 2 weeks that I stayed there...chicken bones, beer cans, broken plastic plates, paper and an overflowing trashcan at the entrance:( I did see cleaning people inside the building each day but no one tending to the outside. Internet service was very spotty but I was given a hot spot by the host! Something goofy...all of the fans and lights seemed to be connected to one remote? So when I went to bed, if I turned on my fan( with a light) it also went on in the second bedroom and in the living room. We could never figure that part out but not the end of the world. Also our bathroom fan was not working. Again...not the end of the world:)
