"Staff not accommodating to BASIC needs!"

The patio was nice.

Had to beg the staff for extra towels to accommodate 4 guest as stated in checking process, and never received them. Had to go out and buy my own. Next day. Right then after 10, only 2 bigs towels. When I asked for the face towels, they asked me if I could switch the bigs one back for the small ones. I was so confused and irritated! Staff was requesting pics of towels that were there like I was stealing them. Found about 3-4 bugs in bathroom tubs during the 2 day stay. It was not the cleanest place. Furniture is as pictured.
