My room was nearby the beach. It was clean and convenient. The cleaning staff were very friendly and attentive, but one of the employees at the front desk at Oklahoma St and Ocean Drive was very rude. I stayed six days in the same room with two reservations. I paid for a room upgrade to stay in the same room. I went back to use the second reservation the lady wanted to do another upgrade. My room #301. King Superior.

The AC was too hot. The pool was hot. The bath needs to be fixed to look more like a luxury hotel.

I loved the area & the staff was great while I was checking in.

There was a issue with the Wi-Fi & the TV couldn't work without WiFi but other than that, the workers were so friendly.
