All they had for breakfast was bread and bananas. The rooms were disgusting. We got locked out of our room for over an hour and they had to take the entire lock off. We had to sit In Our room for 3 hours because all of our stuff was sitting in there. We watched drug deals happen and the whole place smelled like weed. There were people just smoking weed at the outside tables. Did not feel safe at all. Would never recommend. Ended up leaving and not spending the night. We drove around for over an hour and a half to end up paying for parking twice because they claim they have enough spots but they don’t. Then when u ask for parking money back they say all sales are final. I specifically asked if there would be enough parking and they said oh yes plenty of parking. That was far from the truth. The room was disgusting. My socks were black. This place was disgusting.

Clean the rooms. Paint the rooms. Better customer service. Waiting over 30 mins to check in and we checked in at 11 at night. They have like 10 hotels checking in at the same spot. Not a good idea.

Eric, a maintenance employee, was super friendly and solved the air conditioning problem quickly and with very good treatment.

the managers were really rude at this hole in a wall of a place. the property doesn’t look anything like the pictures. they charge a lot of fees such as $20 for parking. I checked in at 1am because all of the other hotels were booked for spring break. as soon as I turned on the lights after entering my room little roaches scattered a crossed the stove top. not to mention a roach crawled on my foot which was extremely disgusting and disturbing. I spent $300 for this room for one night for a room that wasn’t up to par. this property had roaches all over the place. the room smelled like mildew and cigarettes. I went to the front desk to ask for a refund and I was told I had to go to another room which was roach infested as well because the property doesn’t allow refunds. I was really devastated because $300 went down the drain. you would think you could get your money back after a situation like this. I’m highly disappointed booking.com has a company representing them in this way.

Boutique Hotel, 2 minute walk to Hollywood Beach, The pool was outside our door, The hotel although older is well maintained our room had a kitchen Great place to stay if your on a budget and want to be close to the water. Its may be no frills, however our room and our friends room spotless. We will book here again.

no bar of soap in the bathroom.
