Location was good. Safari arranged was excellent. Accommodation was very reasonably priced

No hot water, and cold water did not run well. It could do with a kettle in the room. We had to walk out onto the main road, to then go down to where they had kitchen facilities. Not great in the rain! The toiletries provided were previously used soaps. We had to ask for a top sheet, although they did provide one when asked. Calling itself a homestay was misleading.

"We are sure that the owner or a staff member stole 800€ from our bags while we were having dinner at his restaurant. The owner had advised us to dine at that specific location since there were no other restaurants nearby the accommodation. Throughout the evening, his wife was recording us. The owner left our table for about 45 minutes, which was roughly the same time our money was stolen from our open bags.

Wonderful stay with friendly owner and his family! Everything was nice and clean, everyone was very kind. The owner helped us with our arrival and departure, literally did everything for us. He arranged a day safari for us at a very good price. Saw about 25-30 elephants. Recommended places to go and eat. Breakfast was really good.

Nice peaceful place, big common balcony, comfortable bed, clean room and bathroom, clean and tidy. On the last day we went on a safari organized by the hotel. It was wonderful.

This is the best place that we were stayed during our trip. That place is very clam, silent, clean and beautiful place. The owners are also very friendly and they serve to customers properly. Their services and treatments are excellent. There charge is also very fair. This place can be highly recommended. I think this is the best place for Udawalawa visitors to stay and enjoy trips. see you next time.

The staff were extremely polite and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. The location is great, the rooms are clean, well maintained and equipped with modern amenities that provide a comfortable stay. Conveniently located near the main attractions. It was a great place to relax. Their safari in particular is excellent. The price is reasonable. The driver is good. Blessings to all.

This place is small, not too crowded, very large rooms and very clean. It is located about 1 km from the elephant rescue park. Great for a night if you are coming to see elephants or do a safari trip. A very generous breakfast is included in the price... all homemade pancakes, crepes filled with coconut mixture, toast and jam... fruit! Absolutely great value.
