Tiny QT Villa

Great value stay approximately 2km from Galle Fort (and the new town) but walkable and only about 250-400 rupees in a tuk tuk. Small apartment but perfectly adequate including fridge and cooking facilities. It’s located in a residential area and we enjoyed our interactions with the neighbours who were all very friendly. Quiet and clean beach (great for frolicking in the surf) about 50m away. Good choice of breakfast and lovely host too!

The apartment is vulnerable to outside noise due to thin walls.

Absolutely everything !! This place is an absolute little gem 💎 the location is just 2km outside of Galle just across the road from a long local beach and then the beautiful lighthouse bay beach which you'll have virtually to yourself. The tiny villa itself is a self contained one roomed accommodation with everything you will need - A/C , tiny kitchen with fridge freezer, double bed with mosquito net and a great little bathroom . Nissanka is the perfect host - we had a different breakfast every day - all delicious and homemade 😋. Tiny Villa is in a local neighbourhood so you get to stay amongst a local community and that includes the monkeys !! We couldn't recommend it highly enough. Nissanka also advised us of a local boat safari which we went on and saw the most awesome array of bird and river life - again would highly recommend. A perfect little retreat after busy day in Galle.

Privacy and friendly area surrounded by local people on the quiet side of Galle. Food can be provided from the landlady. Prawn curry is a must. Large supermarket is 10-15 mins walk plus local stores around that are run by a granny of the house. A few simple resaurants are out at night. Sunset is full and freely available. Perfect to wind down.

The location was perfect - a block away from a wonderful beach in a residential area, just a short tuktuk ride from train station. So nice to be away from tourist areas. The Villa has a full kitchen and we had access to a washer. We stayed 3 nights and had a different breakfast each morning. We also ordered dinner one evening. Having delicious traditional food served by the host and his family was a highlight. We went on a birdwatching our down the river(recommended by host) saw incredible birds, fruit bats and monitors! Saw monkeys in the tree above our Villa!

We really enjoyed staying 5 nights at that nice villa, its situated near the Galle fort and sea beach, bed is really confortable, hot water, well équiped kitchen are the benefits which made more confortable our staying at this villa, the breakfast is so delicious every morning, the owner of this villa and his family is so friendly and helpful, the owner he is true gentleman, he is always ready to help to his clients, we really high recommande this villa in Galle, high quality of price, we will defenetly come back again. We would like to thank to the owner for everything, he is really carefull about his clients. Everything is perfect.

The attentive care of the owners and the breakfast. I suffer of allergies and they looked after me and my allergies like a son. Also, I asked to wash my clothes and they installed a washing machine for me even, so the care was spotless

Maybe the relation price. A bit pricey for the similar kind on Sri Lanka. They could rent it more at more affordable price.

Their hospitality and cooperation in all respects is exceptional.
