The hotel is beautiful. The kids that work there are great. But it has so many problems like no maintenance at all. We had problems like no hot water, no energy. They sure need more organization and maintenance. It is cheap, but expect problems.
every part of the resort was always kleen. the staff were always freindly, polte and helpful. all my stress fofally disappeared and i was totally relaxed from the moment we checked in. the only critisism would be that the restraunt menu was a bit small. some more local dishes would have been nice. also the special perfomrance night was under patronised, with only 3 tables taken to watch the dancers and musicians it was a little embarassing when they asked for audience participation. only a small blemish though and i would happily return.

This is a very quiet, serene environment a few km outside Ubud.. The yards were well maintained and the sense of culture was present. A shuttle goes Ubud three times a day. Although there is administration in place, many of the staff are students of the Bali Global Foundation. Although very pleasant and calm, this is not a typical hotel environment.

Beautiful hotel with majestic gardens. Beautiful garden room with balcony and large room with bath. The older buildings have a special character. Staff are mainly children that always do their best to be of service.
