This is a very pleasant and relaxing hotel in located in the outskirt of Ubud town which is around 10 mins driving distance from the town. The staff in the hotel was extremely friendly whereby they do greet you all the while whenever you met with anyone of them giving you the feeling of home. The swimming pool is surrounded by the paddy field and you will feel so relaxed swimming beside it. I couldn't describe more as it was way too good beyond any words can describe and my wife and I had a really relaxing stay here and we wish to come back again to this hotel. The only cons is that the hotel is located far away from the hotel and although the hotel prepare free shuttle but the time for the free shuttle for return from Ubud is 12pm and 430pm which I think most of the people would not have enough time to explore the whole Ubud town. If you wish to arrange certain time for pickup, you will need to pay 35,000 rupiah for the 1 way trip which I think is reasonable.
The staff are gorgeous,the grounds beautiful, peaceful location,old style Bali with all its quirks, not a flash new souless hotel.

There can be miscommunication because of lack of understanding. The hotel was to send a transport to the airport for our pick up but it seems they never received confirmation. But this could have been a one off incident. The staff at the reception was very apologetic and very kind. Our family room with two rooms attached to each other were preety good and satisfactorily clean. The bathroom of one room was clean but the second bathroom was not paid much attention. Clean sheets and towels were provided. Expect a delay in the service to rooms of any kind and also restaurant service is preety laid back. Their spa is good. They have 2 swimming pools which are quite nice and feels in the midst of green fields. A walk around the place is refreshing. Breakfast not all that great but satisfactory. Over all experience is good and the staff is very kind. It's nice for a quite holiday and some yoga.

Everything was perfect. Staff were so welcoming and did everything they could to make it a lovely stay. It's less than a 5 min drive from Ubud town but they run a shuttle service to and from. The only thing I thought of while there was from your room, the hallway can be quite loud with other guests passing by- if you're a light sleeper. I sleep through anything though so didn't bother me.
Friendly staff but not my favorite hotel
Nice hotel, run by young student staff. We had adjoining rooms which made for a comfortable family stay. Pools not very good but we had plenty to occupy us around Ubud.
no wifi in rooms, only in common areas. but get off the internet and enjoy the scenery, silly people!
