The noise by the occupants downstairs who not only were playing loud music all Saturday but in my opinion were smoking weed as well

Perfect location in the Central Business District.

The location is amazing and the property is close to everything with a beautiful view of the harbour.

Communication with the staff was very poor because there is no staff on-site if you need help. Make sure you get your information before arrival especially if you are travelling internationally! I went there my phone didn’t work and they would not help over the phone when I used an Uber driver's phone! With my 2 suitcases (which I had to carry up 8 big stairs when I entered the building!) I was asked by the staff on the phone to find wifi and send them an email so they can send me the information/codes to unlock the self-key locker to get the keys to the apartment! This is such a complicated and unnecessary process! Once paid in full which I’ve done days before this information should have been sent to me via email so I would have known what to do! After all, even though they knew it was my BD I was asked $45 cash to be left with the keys when I left because I had asked for a late checkout! I was very disappointed about these 2 issues but the unit was nice and it was my BD weekend so I left it at that.

The location is outstanding, it was clean and well spaced out inside for comfort and function. It was really nice to wake up and be right in the viaduct.

Nothing to fault it was perfect for us during our stay.

The room was a decent size and it was spotless. Adequate facilities, and the kitchenette area worked well. Nice balcony area (except the noise). Close to ferries and other transport.

The noise level from the outside area (restaurants and bars) was dreadful - the first two nights it went on until around 2 am and it was impossible to sleep. The third night it reduced a bit earlier (after midnight) and the fourth night was reasonable. If you want to drink and party until very late before sleeping you'd be fine. The check-in process - Tried two days ahead to find the message in booking.com under my reservation on the house rules that you have to agree to (did receive an email well ahead that they were there). There was no message under the booking. Then texted the management company. The person responded by text and I sent my email address. They sent the rules to my email address, I responded by return email agreeing to them. You also have to send an ID before they will give you the codes for the lock-box with the swipe to get in the building, or the code for the room. I sent that the afternoon before our booking, to the same email address. At the 3 pm check-in time the next day, I still hadn't receive the codes. Called and was told it was because I hadn't sent the ID. Then they looked and found it 'not in the correct email.' We were only 30 minutes late getting in, but it was irritating. The bed was very soft, little support.
