J-Apartment in Frogner Lillestrøm - Modern and Central

Nice apartment in small town. 25 minutes to drive to Oslo center or 30 min by train, which is just near. Kiwi shop in 50 meters. All necessary staff for cooking. Good WiFi.

The location of the unit was excellent including very close access to a well stocked supermarket, pharmacy and coffee shop conveniently across a very quiet access road. Furnishings and kitchen equipment were sparse but it was manageable. The bed was very comfortable and it was great having a washing machine. The drying rack on the verandah offered enough privacy without being intrusive for other residents. Also very conveniently, it was only a 5 minutes walk to the train station and the comfortable train ride to Lillestrom or Oslo offered a lovely view of the countryside.

There was an unfortunate communication breakdown relating to access to the lock box details before my arrival, and my phone did not work without wifi, so I could not access booking.com for further details. Despite providing my travel details, I had to wait several hours in order to get in, but only because I was assisted by fellow residents who were very kind, especially when it started raining. The owners were very apologetic and I did have great communication support from them thereafter. The free wifi worked erratically with my mobile phone, although fortunately, it did not affect my work laptop. The unit could do with more storage faciities, so that residents dont have to live out of their suitcases during their stay.

I loved the appartment it was very spacious, cozy, and perfect. Highly Highly recommend 😘😘😘

Property was modern.. had every appliances.. speed wifi. Also there is a supermarket and a pharmacy just opposite the apartment. It was clean. Suitable for 4 member family if you can adjust..

The water flow stopped due to some leakage of water(which is could not spot even though it dried the floor in every area) on the sensor idk where it was and it was a hassle for us… also the curtains were broken in bedroom… check in was also easy… Only the water issue which we could not find a solution for it was the issue..

Nice modern apartment close to Oslo. Walking distance to train station and ~30min ride to Oslo... Way better than paying for parking in the city. The host was very helpful and responded quickly when we had some questions about spare amenities. Easy to communicate with them.
