The apartment was very warm and the kitchen was well catered for. Good location for walking into Edinburgh and the the nearby park

Parking instructions need to be changed to reflect that outside parking is now permitted. We did find some free parking elsewhere

The apartment was a truly beautiful place for us all to stay . Upon arrival we were stunned with the stunning interior and the comfort walking into the place . The apartment has everything you could ever need and ask for and was perfect location for public transportation with your nearest bus stop just around the corner which you can take straight into the city and old town. We loved our stay here and certainly would come again. Thank you!😊

There was nothing we didn’t like, the beds were a little uncomfortable and squeaky and took some adjusting to on the first night . But no complaints.

The area where the house is, was very central.

The cooker hood motor was loose and left very dangerous. The tv in the kitchen/breakfast room was only screwed on the wall and not connected at all. Toilet dirty on arrival. The hosts were completely useless and did nothing to sort out any of these problems and would hardly answer the phone at all. The mattresses in this house are so soft we hardly slept at all. In the main bedroom the central support legs don't even touch the floor and you drop, when you go on the bed. No details about the free parking at all. The only house we've ever been to where there is no information pack for the house and left to sort out everything for yourself.

Beautifully decorated spacious apartment in a lovely quiet area. Everything you need is available in the apartment. We were a group of 4 friends and really couldn’t fault the facilities. Apart from beds see below.A 20 minute walk through Holyrood park takes you to the bottom of the Royal Mile, via Holyrood Castle and Scottish Parliament building.

The beds weren’t comfortable at all. One especially had a really thin mattress and springs were visible. After a very uncomfortable first night we actually resorted to laying blankets under the bottom sheet so the springs were not so prominent. This is such an easy fix, a thick memory foam mattress topper would cure it, if they do not want to pay for new mattresses. Single bed needs some WD40 to cure the terrible squeaking. Would have got a 10/10 if not for this. Please, please read all the comments and listen as I’m sure you’d get 10/10 all round going forward.

It’s a nice and clean flat, nicely decorated and well equipped kitchen

The beds were absolutely shocking! It was very disappointing as the flat itself is very nice, but all 3 mattresses were so uncomfortable (worst I ever experienced in a rental flat). It doesn’t cost much to replace them and it would make the stay for guest much more comfortable. Very disappointing!

Stayed for two nights with two friends. Accommodation was brilliant, everything we needed was available and property was spotless. There was a bus stop around the corner which took us into the city centre which was 10-15 mins journey. Love Edinburgh and this property will be the first I will search for to see if available. I will definitely book to stay here again.

The only thing I would say about the property was the single bed in one of the bedrooms creaked every time you moved. Could do with a new single bed and then the property would be a 10/10.

Lovely location short walk to Royal Mile. Good information and communication. Spacious, warm and well equipped Good shower and clean.

Very poor mattresses could feel the springs We could not get the extractor or the TV in the kitchen to work. Free parking advert misleading as only free after 5.30pm on Friday until Monday morning

Property was so beautifully decorated. Very family friendly.

To go to centre had to rake uber all the time. One we were walking to town and it started raining after 10 min. We should have guessed Scotland weather.
