Double lock door different than US, but once opened and closed a couple of times, not an issue.

Perfect location, accommodation itself very nice

Mattress too soft to sleep on, could feel all springs. Cleanliness of floor and cleaning devices (mop, vacuum cleaner)not satisfactory

nice Livingroom. and overall a nice apartment.

they did not check the inventory prior to our arrival so we had only 3 wine glasses, 4 coffee cups etc. kitchen fan had no power so we could not use that. bad smell from cleaning closet in one of the bedrooms.

Fantastic decor, beautifully put together to the last detail, very modern and bright, sparkly new kitchen and cooker, amazing shower and bathroom. There was everything we needed to prepare a meal and breakfast, there was a great coffee maker and some coffee capsules left for us. There was breakfast cereal available so that made breakfast in the morning easier for the family. The house was toasty warm and we were looking forward every evening to go back and enjoy a movie on Netflix on the big tv screen in the living room. Perfect!

The mattresses were a bit springy for my liking and not the most comfortable I have slept in. Everything else from the bedding to the towels was just immaculate

It is a beautiful apartment really nicely equipped and furnished. The kitchen had everything we needed and the fireplace in the living room was just the cherry on the ice cake. It is a huge apartment, with plenty of space even for 4-5 people.
