Allegro Playacar - All Inclusive Resort

Primera linea a la playa, la tranquilidad, la armonía de las habitaciones con el entorno, no hay un impacto agresivo visualmente hacia la flora y fauna del lugar

Tema muy menor que al menos en mi habitación costaba un poco regular el agua caliente, todo lo demás impecable.

En general la gran mayoría del.personal muy amables y siempre con una sonrisa a pesar del extremo calor

Una hostess llamada Ariel Camacho. Vi como discutía con un par de comensales mientras esperaba que me asignaran mesa para entrar al restaurante al primer dia de mi llegada (eran dos familias diferentes) No le di importancia hasta que nos tocó a mi familia y a mi. Nos hizo caras, actitud burlona y altanera. Se ve que no le gusta para nada su trabajo

Como voy muy seguido ,la parte del entretenimiento me parece repetida .Pero bueno ..

Tout était absolument parfait, magnifique resort et magnifique chambre !

Piscina, deberían de restringir más el consumo de alimentos en la misma ya que mis hijos encontraron restos de esta en el fondo de la piscina lo cual arruina la 1a impresión

La piscina en ciertos horarios sucia

Todo, desde la atencion del personal a los show que presentaron, la limpieza del hotel,su ubicacion. Gracias por todo, regresaremos

Los sargazos, aunque no tiene nada que ver con el hotel, es la epoca.

We have been to the Allegro several times in the past 25 years. It is not fancy, the food is fine but not over the top, the location and the beach could not be more perfect. The rooms are comfortable and hit all the important things but if you are they type of person the wants luxury and pampering, this is not for you. The people work hard to give their best but if you want to be waited on like you are extra special, don't come. There are plenty of other resorts that will charge more and may or may not satisfy your needs. Allegro hits all the marks for our travel needs and would rather save our money for a return trip rather than a bougie resort. We have been at many resorts in Playacar, most with higher ratings than Allegro. Every single time, we have wished we would have just returned to the Allegro. My husband should be their spokesperson because all he does at the other resorts is talk about how wonderful the Allegro is.

I am certain there are things I could say I didn't like if I was being critical and looking for faults but honestly, that would be in conflict with all the tings we value about the Allegro. The sargasso was troublesome for sure but they were out there constantly working to clear it. They, as they other resorts have little control over Mother Nature.
