Las instalaciones del hotel son muy buenas y el personal de los restaurantes es excepcional. Me sorprendió gratamente su nivel de compromiso: son atentos, eficientes y recuerdan cada pedido sin descanso. Los felicito por la excelente calidad del servicio al huésped.

Instalaciones de lujo, pero el buffet es un desafío a la calidad (salvo el desayuno, que sobrevive) pero una cocina mexicana que parece diseñada por alguien que jamás ha visto un taco. El restaurante italiano es más difícil de conseguir que una audiencia con el Papa, gracias a su generoso aforo de 6 mesas. Pero lo mejor es el 'GPS' del personal: si pides recomendaciones de snorkel para ir por tu cuenta, mágicamente olvidan la ubicación del Océano Atlántico. Un nivel de desmemoria profesional digno de estudio
