Everything was perfect. Beautiful lodge and location. Plenty walks.I will definitely be back. Only minor thing that would have made it 110% would be a roof canopy over the hot tub so you could still use it in the rain. My new favourite place!

Beautifully presented and lovely and clean, thoughtful little extra touches too. Very spacious.

Hot tub, kitchen was good and so was the living room

Needs a clothes dryer as there was nowhere to dry our swimming costumes and towel after the hot tub. Drawer was broken in the kitchen.

As a family we loved the location, the view of the loch was great and the kids enjoyed the indoor play area and swimming pool.

The Lodge itself wasn't clean with cobwebs on the ceilings and on a few of the pictures hanging on the bedroom walls. The hot tub was extremely unhygienic, with gravel lying in the bottom, and the water was a yellow/green colour. One morning, there was a slime trail from a slug or snail on the carpet at the large front window and under the kitchen table. The laminated covering on the table was peeling off the table legs and around the edges. Also, the tripper bar between the carpet and kitchen floor was raised with screws coming out of the floor, which resulted in my sons foot being cut. We used the on site washing machine and tumble dryer only to return and find our washing dumped all over the top of another machine with 2 items of clothing missing. Overall, I was really disappointed with the Lodge, and after staying in a beautiful static caravan on this site last year (which was sadly booked out this year) we as a family were so excited to go back but sadly the Lodge put a dampener on our holiday.

The horse riding and watersports were really good and the staff there were really nice and the food at the restaurant was great

When we arrived we were happy.the lodge seemed lovely at a glance. We were left insect repellent which was a kind thought but just as well we brought our own as the pump on it didnt work. We had to go back home to get chlorine for the hot tub as it smelt so bad, there were broken parts in the hot tub which my partner cut his foot on. It said on every site there was wifi in the lodge but there was none atall and we had no reception when I needed to stay in touch with my family due to a family funeral. I messaged the woman who messaged me on this platform who ignored my question about wifi. Other staff at the watersports and reception tried to help but they only had a password for wifi that didnt reach our lodge The hoover didnt work.it wouldnt lift anything atall. We had went shopping and bought tassimo pods as there was a machine but when we went to use it there was no fuse in the plug so it should have been removed. Waste of money. They did not specify that there would be no entertainment until friday sat sun so we had nothing to do in the evening. Despite booking.com stating the check out time was between 10 and 11, the same woman messaged me on the thursday to not answer my wifi question, but to tell me to be out by 10am. There were dead flies on the window ledge in the dining area of the lodge. The pool was filthy. We do not feel it was worth the money to stay here.

The staff in are very nice and helpful. There is so much to do for all the family. It was great couple of nights away and we will be back with more of the family. Have to give a mention the the girls at the horses who were so nice to my daughter.

The pool changing facilities were not great, but if you go to the pool ready to go in and go back to your accommodation do get changed its fine. The WiFi was not great. I had some work to do and couldn't get it done. But I want to bring my nephews for this reason so they do more of the many activities available.

The lodge was good value for money. It was homely and comfortable for a family with good facilities. The host was very helpful with any questions and extended our stay to help get all the kids ready which was very helpful and appreciated. The hot tub was already heated and ready to use which was great. Our dog loved the dog bed. We got a complimentary bottle of wine which was a very nice touch that felt welcoming.

The lodge was nice enough but could do with some small repairs to fix the lodge up. Shower water pressure wasn't very powerful. Midges around the hot tub and garden furniture are annoying.
