It was secluded and quiet near the little town's we could visit we went to have lunch at Cobweb Cafe and a bar which was in Wigton lots of interesting places to explore

It was a short stay to celebrate my two grandsons Birthdays 16 and 18 having the hot tub was a bonus for everyone

Lots of space. Good privacy.

Beds were uncomfortable , hot tub was a bit dirty. WiFi connection wasn’t the best

Lovely location in the middle of nowhere to relax. The hot tub was a great addition to aid with this. Beach was only a few miles away, great for the dog. Dogs being included for free was a massive benefit.

Posting said towels included but in blurb it's only hand towels so had to nip to argos in Newton Stewart to buy towels to use for the weekend.

Very clean and homey. Food was great from restaurant

That the swimming was close for refurbishment

The cabin itself was lovely. Hot tub was excellent. And the location and view of the loch was amazing.

Friend mentioned the mattresses in the other two rooms could of been thicker and more comfortable.

Absolutely fantastic stay our family had at the baytree lodge location is amazing proper clean tidy and instant homely feeling when we arrived loved it that much we booked a return visit for a longer stay before we even checked out...... a 10/10 staycation from us.

We were met at the Lodge as the onsite team were double checking that the heating was on due to the recent storm.

Miscommunication re towels which was easily remedied by the host. Thanks again

Single bed mattresses were uncomfortable

We booked very last min for my daughters birthday, the site was very quiet due to being off season which we didnt mind , lodge had a hot tub which kids loved, we also contacted via booking.com about setting something up for my daughters birthday as i said before this was booked very last min so didnt expect much but when we entered lodge we were met with balloons , Happy Birthday sign and a sash and head band for my daughter also a mix if sweets which at last min was an amazing surprise for her on each bed was left clay masks and gold eye patches and wipes highy recommend here and would 100% book again
