It was in very poor condition and had safety hazard not fit for anyone; Awful smell to the property when walking in Paint flaking off ceilings and walls Rust in fridge and bathroom Wire cables exposed No adequate kitchen pots and pans or utensils and plates etc. Dirty sink sponges Kitchen floor dirty Front and back door locks sticky and non functional Dirty bathroom, shower glass was not cleaned and was white with smears, broken bath panel Hairs on the sheets Front and garden not kept Vulgar neighbour who threatens to punch your face Dirty walls and terrible wall fixing with filler

The owner used very confrontational language from the beginning, the property description is definitely come from there realm of fairy tales and they have a camera on the property which they admitted they record of you which is a breach of personal privacy as they do not disclaim this to you. They also advised they have a curfew on the property which is totally ridiculous as there is no legal documents to cover this and to be honest is not the atmosphere one wants staying in a property. I believe it is due to a very unarguably horrendous man next door who threatens you.

Location is very good.

It needs some TLC to say the least. The pictures on booking.com are clearly from some time ago. Bannister post was broken, kitchen cupboard fronts missing, dishwasher was awful, sponge left to use with washing up liquid looked more like a Petri dish and should have been in a bacteria testing lab, stains on sofa, mould in the bathroom, paint flaking off ceiling, the sofa bed in the lounge has no bedding to use, a jungle awaits you in the front garden and I was not brave enough to venture into the back. The advert mentions property comes with Netflix but you do have to watch it on a screen virtually the same size as an iPad! That was interesting getting a family of five around such a small screen in the evening!

Like the location

Beds were hard, chairs in kitchen were wobbly. Could do with some basics like tinfoil, tongs & cooking oil.
