The room is clean. The staff is friendly and professional. Highly recommended!

Room was very clean and well set out. Good location. Very good value for money.

No parking outside. Walla a bit thin, meoghbours where very noisy

The room was clean, comfortable and just the right size, with some thoughtful and welcoming touches. Great shower in the en-suite bathroom. Check-in information was comprehensive and informative about facilities and amenities. Didn't use the shared kitchen but it seemed clean and well-equipped. Had an excellent night's sleep - if there was any town centre noise then it didn't disturb me.

Only suggestion would be to have more pillows available. As I was alone I could use both provided, but if I'd been sharing the room and we had just one each then we probably wouldn't have been as comfortable, as I'm used to having two.

Access was up a couple of flights of stairs. Weather was very hot on our first night so had to keep the windows open, which allowed noise disturbance.

Location was absolutely brilliant, right in the centre of town. Justin rang me to check what time I would be arriving, he met us promptly to give us our keys, explain the locks and show us to our room. He also provided us with a kettle and showed us the kitchen and laundering facilities (not that we needed them, but just in case). The room was kitted out, everything was clean and the shower was great. There were a few local residents and some others staying, however, we didn't see or hear anyone else in the building.

The only issue we had was that next door's building alarm was going off all night both nights. This was obviously not the fault of Justin's, however, it did make sleeping a little difficult.
