Darwin Stays - Service Accommodation in Newcastle under Lyme City Centre

Room was tidy and clean and available kitchen and washer

The hosts were so kind and accommodating! I stayed for my summer exams and they truly went above and beyond to ensure I had a study area, that my floor would be quiet at night for me to be able to focus and more! They were considerate of the location of my room to having access to facilities to even preparing earlier for my arrival! I was given a tour of the accommodation in person and they were always accessible for any questions or help I required. The location is also very good for being bang in the centre of Newcastle under Lyme. Great bus access and everything you need is walking distance!

Kitchen could do with more plates, a table and chairs. More guidance could be provided inside front of the accommodation about getting access to room. A guide on local facilities might be useful too.

I really enjoyed the location of the property as it was very convenient and felt secure aswell as that there were so many amenities such as the kitchen was gorgeous and the place was pristine as well as nicely decorated. Furthermore the shower has great water pressure aswell as heating up and cooling down quickly. The bed was extremely comfy and cosy. Our host Justin was extremely helpful and patient as we did end up checking in later than expected but still walked us through how to get into the property and even educating us on the local history of the building which was a very nice touch as most hosts don’t know much about the history and he came across as very caring about the future of the local historical buildings around the local area and was very keen to help which is refreshing; didn’t feel like a burden at any point no matter the problem even when we were a little lost trying to find the place however once we found it it was easy to keep going back to.

The property was perfect however the only thing I believe would improve it would be a tv or some sort of entertainment in the room itself but not a huge issue.
