"Exceptional"

This house is a great location for Waterworld. Monkey Forest. Middleport Pottery. Very quiet street the house was perfect for us and very clean and well presented. Definitely recommended this house.

Can't fault anything we had a good experience.

"Spotlessly clean, modern interior, useful parking and plenty of space"

Modern, clean and enough space for us. Off-street parking was very useful. We were only there for one night. We had a takeaway, so didn't really use the kitchen facilities, but it seemed well equipped. Initially, we thought there was only one toilet, but we found a second one outside.

I noticed that the 2/3 seater sofa had been replaced, which was good. Unfortunately, the replacement (the dark green, box-like modular settee) was very uncomfortable.

Cleanliness, off street parking, modern home feel, communication from the host was clear, timely, and adequate.

Mattress toppers not an option, living room seating not very comfortable. Water build up in the shower tray raised concerns of flooding the bathroom floor, although this never happened. These would have been bigger issues if we were staying longer, or using the property for more than sleeping & showering.

Comfortable, clean & immaculate. Shower was superb, slept like a log

The estate it was on wasn’t quite what I was expecting but it was quiet & we had no issues with any aspect of our stay

"Very comforting spacious house 10/10"

House was absolutely beautiful & very clean. Short walk to tesco/b&m/greggs/mcds etc. perfect location for the 40 min drive to Alton towers would def stay here again.
