Springfield House- Near Newcastle Centre, Hospital and Keele University!

The house is absolutely spotless. The hosts are very friendly and will attend to any issues you may have. We had none, but the communication throughout was amazing. Very comfortable beds and property throughout very modern. I would add a couple more pans & a tin opener. Would definitely stay here again when in the area

Location was quiet and close to the University as advised

There wasn’t anything specifically we didn’t like.

Spacious. The garden at the back was a welcome surprise.

We stayed at the property for a dance competition at Fenton Manor. It took 6 mins to drive to the venue. As a family of four, having our own bedrooms was a plus as we wouldn't have had so much space in a hotel room. We also saved money by being able to bring our own food to cook. The house looks freshly decorated, exceptionally clean and perfectly equipped for quests.

We would live to use it again next year but the only improvement we would ask for it a bigger/comfier sofa. I think the futon was suitable as an extra small double bed but that could be moved to the opposite side and another corner or 3 seater sofa could replace it. We had to bring the duvet and pillows down to sit on as it was so hard and uncomfortable to sit on for a few hours to watch TV. This was the only area we can give feedback on. Otherwise it was perfect!

Excellent throughout, spotlessly clean, perfect location for my needs, and on a quiet street I would highly recommend this property
