Spacious 3-bedroom home in Birmingham with driveway parking

The house is furnished with good quality furniture. Beds are extremely comfy and the kitchen has lots of pots and pans.

The steps leading the property are a bit of a trip hazard, especially for little ones.

Lovely big clean house. Location was very nice and safe, close to many shops. Nice host, big rooms, comfy beds. House was spotless clean with high standards. Really enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend to any guests. I will definitely come back again. This was one of my the best bookings. Good value for monay.

Malheureusement, la maison était extrêmement sale. Impossible de laisser les enfants jouer par terre. L’herbe dans le jardin n’avait pas été tondue et la trampoline était inutilisable : beaucoup trop sale et inaccessible à cause de l’herbe qui arrivait jusqu’à la taille. La propreté générale était vraiment inacceptable. Même les couverts et les cuillères dans les tiroirs étaient sales. Les murs, les portes, les fenêtres et la salle de bain semblaient ne jamais avoir été nettoyés. La cuisine était également très sale. Il y avait en plus une forte odeur de cigarette dans toute la maison. Le seul point positif était le confort des lits. Nous avions aussi demandé un lit pour bébé et il avait bien été installé dans la chambre avant notre arrivée. Mais honnêtement, à part cela, il était très difficile de séjourner dans cette maison vu l’état général de propreté.

It was disgraceful dirty dangerous and not acceptable we didn’t stay

The house was very clean and warm. The space was suitable for my family, good size bedrooms and bed. Comfortable mattress. Good to see a new replacement bed for the old quicky bed which shows improvement on host side. Nothing to complain really. I'll recommend this place to a small and large family and those working in the area.

Nothing to like they cancelled my booking without confirming with me cos they thought that Im not coming, and they also me to asked me to confirm my current address. I did that and still cancelled my booking

I am extremely disappointed with the way my booking was cancelled without any confirmation from me. Not only that, but I was bombarded with numerous questions and asked to bring three forms of ID and three months of proof of address. When I requested a free cancellation, they refused and even tried to force me to add more guests. This is absolutely unacceptable, and I will not stand for such unprofessional behaviour. I am going to report this incident to booking.com the CEOS office and make sure that I get my refund.

Fantastic stay! The house was spacious, comfortable and very clean. We had all facilities we needed, beds were very comfortable, big TV and big family fridge. Great location, amazing value for monay, host was really nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend this property and stay here again. We had really great stay in this beautiful home. Thank you so much.
