Accessible

The host's assistance was lacking. Despite our attempts to contact them, they did not respond. Additionally, they failed to return the 1,000 pesos cash deposit. The cleanliness of the unit was subpar, as we had to clean the floors, shelves, and tables ourselves due to excessive dust. The refrigerator was non-functional, resulting in our food spoiling. Furthermore, there was a leak in the faucet. It would have been preferable if the booking process did not require payment for the entire four-day stay upfront, as we would have considered canceling our reservation and searching for an alternative apartment.

They are over booking the amount of guests in a room.The unit good for 4 persons only,they squeeze in 5 persons resulting for the 5th guest to sleep on the floor with mattress only.
