I like how it was close to places like the grocery store or fast food place.

The Pile of Boxes on the supposed sala or living room. The living room is not giving, punong puno siya ng mga tambak na gamit.

Sheets were ok and smelled clean.

Staff did not bother to even sweep the floor. It was dusty and carpet was dirty. Table and remote control were slimy. Table even had red ants. Bathroom smelled musty and no one got back to us when asked help with the water heater. We ended up just boiling water for bathing. Ref was very oily inside and had to clean it up. We had to do cleaning of the place before were able to settle down.

They have Utensils, kitchen tools, cookwares especially the microwave oven not all staycation has microwave. They also have refrigerator. I like also the bed is big and those mirrors are superb! the ceiling fan helps the room more cooler the View is 10/10 I can see the taal and at night it is so nice too see the city lights.

you cannot call the number posted here. they used different number the manager will reach you only 2 hrs before the check in. maybe they are busy but not scam The door knob is hard to open maybe need a replacement. The hot shower is too hot even set to low. Lavatory doesn't have water. Mirror at the cr might broken when touching it. (so don't touch it) they do not give shampoo, toothbrush and tooth paste. much better bring one. pillow smells dust or old. lamp is has no light it is just a display ceiling fan light doesn't work so don't expect. There is wifi and it was prepaid wifi it has password but no service. Television has nice reception but the cables lose the room's esthetic. no netflix as the room manager advice. air conditioner is not so cold but it' s fine. The balcony doesn't have chair and table maybe soon because I think it is much nicer if they have when we entered the floor is so wet. I hope the cleaner of the room dry the floor.

Wifi working but need to reset in order to regain network signal.

Shower and water heater are not working, low pressure supply of water, refrigerator not cooling. Beddings and pillows not good smell and itchy.Roo. lack of maintenance. So, disappointed.😓👇

There are some people loitering in the hallway in the middle of the night like 1am onwards knocking on the door

The toilet bidet is leaking and leaving the floor constantly wet. Sink in the toilet is partially blocked. Dirty floor, needs a bit of TLC the faucets has got white spots all over.
