It’s was clean outside but front garden loads of rubbish

Rubbish in garden and two cups in cupboard was still dirty with sugar in and sticky

Location was great, easy to find and easy check in.

The beds and the sofa weren't very comfortable. Check in and check out times were a little odd... 3pm and 11am or midday would work much better than the current times.

Seamless process for checking in. Really good communication. The property was spotlessly clean. Location fab. We got an uber as it was raining and it cost £6.00 into the centre.

Nothing. Everything was perfect. I would highly recommend and will be definitely staying here again.

The property was lovely close to town, clean fresh and tidy! I would definitely stay here again.

there was bed bugs in bed, the bathroom ceiling and woodwork was full of flys they messed up the flat number i was meant to be staying in, emailed me a code for door and told me i was in flat 1 but found out it was flat 2

Location is quite convenient as it’s in walking distance to the city. Small shop near by for purchasing small supplies. Services for food delivery or for getting an uber is efficient. Flat is quite clean and well supplied with toiletries and cleaning products. A small enough supply of tea and coffee.

Most important-needs to be stated in the contract that property management will need pictures or videos supplied to them if ever to clear any issues to avoid any fines. 2nd the kitchen needs a frying pan as there was only a sauce pan and a small pot. Especially if occupier is going to cook more than 1 dish.
