Great location, well equipped and clean

The mattress’ must be ancient and are incredibly uncomfortable. The sofa was more comfortable.

Great location, quiet road but very short walk to centre. Clean and nicely decorated apartment with spacious bedrooms and comfy beds. Host super responsive and helpful, would stay again.

Only issues we had was with the sink in bathroom but only stayed one night so not a major problem, also a lack of cutlery and chopping knives.

Lovely apartment very clean and lovey back garden

No soap on the sink or shower on the top floor En-suite. 2. Black marks on the wall by the bed (shoddy) 3. No tea bags or milk 4. There was a layer of dust everywhere. From the window ledges to the heaters on the walls. Shelving over the sofa was dirty too. 5. No cushions on the sofa Now whilst I can accept some dust on the window ledges upstairs (due to windows being open) there is No excuse for the grubbiness elsewhere. No soap in the top bathroom isn’t acceptable either. Every property I have stayed at, whether it be budget or luxury, there is always a welcome basket and a small bottle of milk in the fridge. Whilst sitting on the sofa I didn’t have any cushions to put behind my back so it was a little uncomfortable for my back. But I also think aesthetically it would soften the room. The crockery (cereal bowl) also had the price label still stuck on it . It’s all the attention to detail that makes a pleasant stay for your clients. You may think I’m being pedantic but going forward I think to need to adjust either your pricing or up the finishing touches. I would like to forward you some photos to back up my comments …. The bed was very comfortable, I had a great night sleep. The communication from property was amazing, very helpful and friendly couldn't ask for better.
