The internal spaces of the property were well fitted and provisioned for. THe location of the properties is easy walking distance to town centre
The property is in rather rough area of town and nearest safe parking is some distance away. The management team for the property completely failed to provide a VAT invoice despite it being requested circa 5 times over a period of 3 weeks. This is a legal requirement for any VAT registered business when the purchaser is also VAT registered. I will be pursuing this with the HMRC registered director and thence HMRC itself if an invoice is still not proviced.

Clean property and well equipped - communication was good
It’s just not suitable for 7 adults, there are 2 double beds and then a really flimsy sofa bed in a bedroom and a leather sofa in the lounge. It sleeps 4.
