"Had a wonderful stay at Hotel Le Western. The staff was extremely cooperative, and the rooms were neat and clean. An enjoyable experience—5/5!

The building ground floor looked good.

The photos are totally fake. They are not new and bright rooms nor hơtel at all. Reality is much older, The room got bad smell. Toilet is old and dirty. Breakfast was terrible and poor. Not easy to find Rhenus building, especially at night time.

Location was good as nearer to Airport.

No hot water in shower.

It’s a wonderful experience with this property and I can say they are the best in services across all aspects, be it service, food, cleanliness, etc...

The whole property is very neat, the Reception staff help in arranging a car to drop off at the international airport, the surrounding area is full of restaurants, we really enjoyed it....... cheers

Before booking, I called their official number and asked if I can book with visa or credit card as my partner didn’t have any cash and they assured us that we can pay with card. However, after my partner arriving at midnight, they made her go out again and find a cash point. Why would you mislead customers like that? It’s located in a high rise that took over an hour to find as when I rang at reception, they couldnt help or understand me. My partner had already checked in and when she came out to meet me at 2 am, one of the reception staff went into our room to “check our water” without us even asking him to. It was extremely shocking to find a stranger in your room at 2 am with the excuse that the water wasn’t working. Even if this was true, coming to fix it at 2 am without us asking and with all our belongings in the room I think this is very bad and suspicious hotel etiquette. Next were the paper thin walls which stopped no noise from our neighbouring rooms. Finally the other guests were either gamers or bloggers who kept shouting and filming themselves walking around the corridors at 2 am which is very annoying for someone who chose this place as it’s meant to be an ideal hotel to stay if you need to fly the next morning. I don’t recommend this place for foreigners.
