I loved le western for its warm service, elegant ambience, spacious rooms, and great breakfast thanks to the warm assistance for manager's front office.

I just received an email that I can view my review and I didn't write a review, it turned out that they wrote it for me and gave them a score of 10. Regarding the hotel, I saw a review from someone who arrived with 2 children and had a problem with payment, and it happened to me too. I arrived from Athens after many hours of flying, when I booked the hotel from Booking I received a message with a payment link but the link didn't open, so I called Booking and a representative spoke to them and confirmed that I could pay with a credit card. When I arrived after many hours of flying, the manager told me that he didn't have any rooms because I hadn't paid and I explained to him that yesterday a representative from Booking called to make sure I could pay with a credit card. After much insistence, a room was finally found for me.

Great!!!! The service is excellent, and the location is wonderful. Even the staff is very friendly and helpful.

The hotel has a convenient location, quite close to the airport.

I would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone. The room and the bathroom didn't look clean, there was no window in neither of them and the facilities were quite old. Besides, when we arrived to the room, toilet paper and towels were missing and we had to ask for them several times. If this was not bad enough, sleeping during the night turned into something impossible, as the staff and some other guests kept making noise during the whole night.

It was amazing, we had the best time. Such a beautiful property and amazing staff. I love how everything is so calm and soothing in this place.

Good location close to airport, metro. Safe area.

Tiny rooms with very thin walls, you can hear neighbours. Very annoying. Bathroom need cleaning. Basic breakfast.

The breakfast was passable, the location was good, the room was clean-ish.

The name is deceptive, they are affiliated with Oyo and not Townhouse. The bedsheets had stains, the basin looked worn out, walls had stains, and even though it's prohibited, there was a smell of cigarette smoke when entering. Also there are no windows and the odor never leaves.
