Hotel rooms are clean & well-maintained. If you're looking for a short stay for work or holiday and gonna spend most of the time outside, then this is the perfect place to stay. Staff is very cooperative, Location is very near to metro station

The rooms were alright

The service, the check in process and the behaviour of the check in staff was absolutely despicable. I sat out at the reception trying to organise the payment for my room because the hotel didn't have any facilities for tourists to make the payment with ease. I booked through booking.com and I was supposed to pay to the hotel directly. Upon arrival, they refused cash payment and didn't accept card either and insisted in a local payment method which I obviously did not have. All this while i was sat at the reception with my 2 children around 11.30pm. After a lot of back and forth they sent me link to make the payment. Which too did not load. They showed no courtesy towards myself, a lone woman, and my children. I requested to let my children rest in the room while I figure out the payment - they flatly refused. Eventually I had to ask an acquaintance to make the payment which was very embarrassing for me. The worst part was the name of the hotel was different at every part of the attempted payment process. I suggest hotels shouldn't advertise to tourists if they cannot accommodate them.

An absolutely pleasant stay. I'd appreciate it if you could quickly maintain, have great staff, and always ensure all your requests are met immediately. I would rate them a fantastic 10 for their brilliant hospitality.

Niente. Tutto assolutamente poco professionale. Dallo staff alla camera. Staff per niente accogliente e addirittura a volte maleducato. Non si può pagare con la carta e non hanno neanche il cambio. La camera in una condizione pessima. Odore di escrementi, merda misto piscio. Camera piccolissima per niente come nelle foto. Le foto non rappresentano assolutamente la realtà. La colazione è disgustosa. Si rischia seriamente di prendersi qualche malattia intestinale. Questo posto dovrebbe chiudere all’istante. Una truffa.
