Steps, no elevator, if you have difficulty with steps especially the elderly. The drive up is difficult.
USThe location is at the top of a mountain overlooking Gatlinburg, at first we weren't sure how the 15 minute drive into town would be but quickly realized it was one of our favorite things about the condo - the drive up and down the mountain. The views off our balcony were amazing and our daughter loved having the loft bedroom to herself. We saw black bears multiple times a day while in the area which was a neat addition to our trip! We loved everything about our stay here!

USLocation was great, condo was clean, she had everything that one would need, view was spectacular (when it wasn’t raining or cloudy), she responded right away to all of our questions
Sky light had no cover so it was very bright for my girls in the loft & the kids sleeping on the sofa bed. Not enough toilet paper & we had to kill a ton of wasps on the balcony.

You can hear everything going on in the hallways and the wasps on the back porch. May be a nest underneath on the right side as that’s where they were coming from
USThe views were spectacular. There was plenty of space for the family. We got to see bears right outside our balcony and walking around the complex. Having an indoor and outdoor pool was nice.
The 3 flights of stairs was a little difficult when carrying your stuff, but it was good exercise. The road up to the condo was very windy and some people would come flying around the corner into your lane.
