"Great Loction with Amazing Views"

Amazing views and great location. The owners were very responsive.

The bunk beds in second bedroom were not that comfortable for adults and no air conditioning in that room. A smart tv would have been nice.

"Muy acogedor, bien ubicado y bonitas vistas"

La ubicación es perfecta, a 10 min andando de la estación del tren, del lago y del centro histórico. El apartamento está muy nuevo, decorado con gusto y bien equipado. Las vistas desde las ventanas son impresionantes, del centro, la catedral y la montaña con el funicular a Brunate. Los dueños son muy amables y cercanos, en nuestro caso estaban allí para la entrega de llaves.

Fantastic communication from the hosts prior to arriving at the appartment and during stay.. I booked this based on previous reviews who mentioned the location was good and the views were amazing. Both of these were correct. It was a 2 minute walk to the buzzing streets of old Colo and I could have sat at the living room or bedroom windows all day and just watched the city. Although situated on what was, during the day, quite a busy street, it quietened down at night. The hosts had left ear plugs just in case though! A lovely touch was the bottle of red wine that was left with some snacks.

As coffee drinkers it would have been nice to maybe have a few more pods left in the appartment than the 4 provided. Very minor issue though.

"Great stay in Como"

Mari was great. Any questions we had she was very prompt in answering. The apartment was very nice and close to everything. I loved that it had a washing machine so we could do some clothes! Highly recommend staying there!

"Super Lage, schön & geräumig"

Geräumiges, gut ausgestattetes Appartment mit einem schönen Ausblick über Como. Waschmaschine (mit Waschmittel) sowie Spülmaschine (mit Spültabs) vorhanden. Kurzer Weg in die Innenstadt. Nachts etwas laut, da an einer grossen Strasse gelegen, aber das hat uns nicht sehr gestört. Stockbett für die Kinder sehr praktisch, Nespressomaschine mit Kaffeekapseln vorhanden. Ein kleines Willkommensgeschenk hat auch auf uns gewartet.

Das Bad war leider nicht ganz 100%ig sauber, der Heizkörper war verstaubt, auch auf dem Seifenspender und dem Fensterbrett war Staub.
