Some amenities in the room were nice, especially the toilet and bathroom features. The location is also convenient for visiting Cappadocia. Great view in the hotel not from the room.

Unfortunately, we found a cockroach in the room, the pool was closed, and the property looked much better in photos than it felt in real life. Unfortunately, the stay did not meet our expectations. There was a cockroach in the room, and overall cleanliness was not at the level expected from a “luxury escape” property. The room looked much better in the photos than it felt in real life. The balcony was also not a real balcony as expected. Not privacy at all. The property advertises a pool, but the pool was closed and covered up during our stay so no pool, so we could not use or even see it. The garden also looked like it had not been properly maintained for a while. We were also charged 25 EUR for our dog, which felt high considering the overall experience. Some amenities, especially the toilet/bathroom features, were nice, but unfortunately they were not enough to make up for the main problems.

I really liked their location and kindness of the staff specially Mr. Halil that he helped us alot during our stay.

Nedendir bilmiyorum dubleks odanın alt katı aşırı soğuktu. Yerden ısıtma var ama kısmen etkili. Bir diğer konu yetişkin oteli ibaresi var ama otelde birden fazla çocuk vardı. Son olarak jakuzi ve duşta istediğiniz sıcaklıkta su gelmesi ihtimali oldukça düşük

One of the best hands down. Everything was amazing. Staff soda. Was a delight. Food was great. Front staff was above and beyond. I would highly recommend this hotel .

The hotel is absolutely wonderful! It is located in a small, charming and cozy town, with a breathtaking view of the Cappadocia hills. The service is excellent – we truly felt well taken care of throughout our stay. The manager is a real professional, everything was perfectly organized, and thanks to them we experienced an unforgettable hot air balloon flight. I sincerely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to feel the magic of Cappadocia in a unique atmosphere.

We were touring around Cappadocia for two days and wanted to relax and rest before we headed home. This place was ideal for that with breathtaking views of valley. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Food was delicious. We were given the opportunity for a late check-out with an additional charge.

Rooms lacked a coffee/tea corner. Food choices were limited but a staff member mentioned that the hotel was newly opened and that they were still working around it, so it’s understandable.
