Location is great. Prompt response from the staff. Mild cigarette smell in the room. The bed sheets are clean but have stains which might not even after wash

friendly staff and good food from the restaurant.

There was no water for most of the day, this made our stay most unpleasant.

Comfortable stay and restaurant at the front makes it an excellent choice for transit passengers

No lift for travellers with large luggage bags but the staff are super friendly and offered to carry it through stairs.

A lovely overnight stay at the Sri Krishna Inn. Our daughter was no feeling great and the staff went out of their way to make her feel comfortable. Lovely team and an outstanding hotel.

One plus was it was very close to airport.

Very hard to communicate as none of the staff spoke any english. The rooms were not cleaned properly. No lifts made it especially hard to move luggage to the room as staff was not very helpful. Overall best to avoid there are much better rooms in the airport area. We asked for airport transfer shuttle when booking. On the day of travel, they indicated they won't arrange taxi and asked to source our own transport. Managed to get there via taxi however it the whole issue can be avoided it they didn't promise airport pickup in the first place.
