Staff was negligent and callus . Dirty used unwashed linen on bed pillows , on insisting on and on , showing him stains of sweat and what not , the attendant reluctantly changed to another dirty linen ( unwashed llook , he blamed laundry was poor ) Manager was called to visit the room ,, he did not , but Finally got clean linen on bed and pillows . No towels were given , not even in the bathroom for hand drying . Manager was proactive in calling us for Taxi arrangements fir which we paid Rs 1600 ( To & Fro Airport ) i have recorded everything on video and photos and sent it live on WA to a friend as proof of what I claim . Ideally we deserve compensation for such shoddy treatment of guests , designed to save money . Bad management destroys the reputation of such hotel . We did not contact booking agency to complain then as we were worried about our safety . & have busy lives than get involved in such disputes .

Not far from the airport, which is pretty convenient. Pretty decent rooms too - good size, good lighting. Convenient vegetarian restaurant. The price was decent.

Very stained bedsheets and towels. Sink in the bathroom was not clean. To get to the hotel from the city you have to pass a toll road, which led to some problems with Ubers for us.

It was a very convenient location from the airport. Manager Kumar was helpful to arrange transportation. Rooms are spacious. Bathroom has food amenities. Lot of musquitoes in the restaurant.

Rooms were not cleaned thoroughly. Cigarette butts left in the trash bins from previous customers. Sheets are not clean. No lift to go up to the rooms.
