"Very disappointing experience."

The property owner responded quickly to my complaint.

The condition of the property was far worse than advertised. There was water leaking from the roof, a strong mouldy smell, and the bathroom was unhygienic โ€” the toilet and sink were very dirty and the water pipe was not working. Overall, the room was not clean and not suitable for guests.
