"A great base for visiting Kota."

Comfortable and very spacious. The pool area was nice and came with a gym too. We were able to check in early, which was very convenient.

The bathroom was good but a little dated - still worked perfectly though.

Location, Easy & smooth Self checkin almost like a hotel, less hustle.

Dirty, dusty furniture, sink in the toilet smelled urine, no drinking water provided, glass divider in the shower and the toilet bowl needs hard scrub, so many hairs on the bed, blanket cover is stained, the pillow has many black dotted. Itโ€™s like this unit is not even cleaned before we check in. Feels like a scam!

Easy parking because our car high roof.

Byk2 bilik saya dapat semua ok. Tp kali ini bilik saya dpt bebau. Toilet pintu tidak dpat tutup rapat. Air aircond titik2. Byk2 saya selalu booking hotel on9 tidak pernah minta ic. Baru ini saya d suruh gambar ic sedangkan polis pesan sudah tidak boleh bg gambar ic psl kami pernah kena scammer dulu. Yg penting kamu sudah dpt duit d bayar. Rules bilik ini terlalu byk tp bilik lama.
