Cosy Penthouse suite happily sleeps up to five

I didn't stay here , I've requested a refund and still waiting, the lace was very very dirty and would not recommend

More outdoor lighting needed for easier and safer use of access stairs at night

We like how nice and convenient the location is, the facilities are great and that you are just left to it. This is the second time we have stayed here and will stay again ☺️.

Nice upstairs apartment with 3 separate rooms and 3 beds for 6 night stay in Halifax area, where we walked to local sights, Bankfield Museum, Halifax Minster, Piece Hall, etc. Lidl close walk for groceries. Clean kitchen with electric oven and stove, refrigerator, and microwave handy for fixing breakfast and lunch meals. A friend coming off work drove us around to sightseeing places in Leeds, Manchester. Also close by, 15-20 walk, to Halifax city center for restaurants. Vijay quickly answered all our inquiries about how to hear water to use shower. Central heating made it warm and cozy for our January stay.

The property was clean and in good condition. It had everything we needed for a short stay. There was a good sized bedroom with 2 singles; a very small single room and a double sofa bed in the living room. It was a convenient location for getting into town and for visiting local attractions. Bankfield Museum is only round the corner, and worth a visit.

Could have done with more cutlery. Far too hot. We tried to turn the heating down, but it was pre-set. There was only room for 2 people on the sofa in the living room, other people had to use the dining chairs, so not that comfortable for the evening.

The rooms exceed my expectations. I was unsure about the shower at the beginning. The host quickly replied to my message and showed me how to use it. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Absoluately a good worth for the value for money.

The sound insulation is not that good so sometimes you hear the cars roaring outside. Everything other than that is fine.

The place was tucked away and cosy, when we got in the heating was on so the place was really warm. The facilities were great.

Location was good. flat was clean and beds comfy.

We didn't feel very safe as the many doors that we had to go through to get to the apartment didn't all seem to lock properly. And the door to our flat had no way of locking it at all. The sky light window in the kitchen was broken with the catch hanging loose.

This is an amazing place to stay within easy reach of many attractions and bus into Halifax just outside the flat. Host was very helpful and accommodating.

Two lots of stairs however it was okay.
