"An Oasis Near to the Chiang Mai Airport"

The staff were exceptional. Friendly, smiling, prepared a breakfast meal for me because my flight was so early, went well above and beyond expectations. The room I was given was huge and comfortable, right near the pool where I could hear the soothing sounds of a waterfall. The restaurant on property serves really tasty food.

There was nothing negative about my stay.

"Our 4 nights in ChiangMai"

-it was clean everywhere -tropical feeling -good breakfast -big shower AND a bathtub -lot of space to put your stuff in bath -nice staff -mall next to -airport 10min walking

-I have hard matress at home but this here was just 1 step to stone 😆 but could sleep so allright -no bar to have a drink or beer -water in pool too cold (for us)

"Decent location close to airport and mall with helpful staff but facility so old"

- close location to a mall with grocery store, food market (Tops) and food court - very close to airport - very friendly helpful staff - the staff who drove us to airport was punctual and efficient - breakfast was good

- very old facilities - air conditioner rattled all night until we asked to move to another room - old appliances- microwave, fridge all very old - said kitchenette but not stocked besides some dishes and cutlery - very old building - safe didn’t work - worried about security as staff said you could scan code to reach them but app didn’t work; finally messaged them
