VC@Suanpaak Boutique Hotel & Service Apartment

Staff was very friendly and helpful in answering questions. Check-in was seamless, and the room was ready 2 hours early. Loved the nature feel of facilities. The room was a great size/spacious. Complimentary breakfast was wonderful. Great location (close to airport and right next door to a mall, not even a 5 mins walk). Quiet, not a lot of people there during my 1 night stay.

Room could have used more dusting, but I can't say it was dirty. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, like no cushioning at all (for the price, the bed should have been better).

All the staff were friendly and went all out to make me comfortable and protected. They also prepared transport from the airport to the hotel and vice versa. I would recommend this place.

Mosquitoes.

Very near to airport. And there is a nearby shopping mall with supermarket. Staffs attitude is very good and friendly. Bed linens are clean, overall cleanliness of room is acceptable.

Scary atmosphere. I tried to book 5 rooms (twins sharing) but only able to get 2 apartment and 3 twin rooms. So I thought is it fully booked. But when arrived, we realized not all rooms are occupied. I see less than 3 other guests beside my family group. The swimming pool is surrounded by rooms with balcony without lights, creepy feeling when walking back to room. Another problem happened to one of the twin sharing room's aircon was spoilt (dripping water and not working). Front desk staff arranged to change the room but every changed room has problem until the 7th room (caused my 2 family members settled down at 2:30am)

Very close to the airport with a free taxi to pick you up and take you back. This is what I would call a "tranquility" hotel and is like an oasis in the middle of a busy area.

No bar and no restaurant for an evening meal. I arrived at 1900 hungry and thirsty. No bars nearby. I was advised that if I wanted to eat and drink the best place was the shopping mall next door. I went and all the food stalls were cleaning up having closed. I resorted to going to the supermarket and bought snacks and a drink. Breakfast was poor. No buffet, just a choice from a menu. I ended up with a cheese and bacon sandwich made with white sliced bread. Adequate as I was only staying for one night but the worst that I have had on my tour of Thailand.
