Really friendly, the breakfast in the basket outside the room door, great idea, so lovely too. Great peaceful location bus stop outside perfect for getting into Edinburgh. Clean room facilities are excellent.Fresh water and room refreshed .

Maybe just a touch on the expensive side.

Kevin is a friendly and welcoming host, the property is comfortable and elegant, and each guest room is private. We enjoyed the customizable morning breakfast basket delivery to our room door, and the convenience of a bus stop just out front for traveling to the city.
