"Amazing stay, you will not regret booking this gem of a hotel"

The location could not be more perfect, very close to town centre and 5 mins walk from the racecourse which is where we visited. We were made to feel so welcome by the hostess and her dog Scout (ask about the tights if you stay here as you will get a smile). The hotel room overlooked the racecourse and the room was big, the bed was extremely comfortable. The breakfast is delivered to your door and was lovely and fresh, the coffee was amazing and the scrambled egg so delicious. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable, we will be back!

Nothing at all, just wish we could have stayed longer.

"Pleasant, comfortable stay but pricey for an out of town location."

Comfortable room with shower room, delicious picnic breakfast and friendly host.

There was only a twin room available with en-suite: a double bed with en-suite would have been preferable. For the price we expected more space to relax eg. a lounge/breakfast room. There was a lack of information about local events which complicated travel arrangements.

Everything! The room and bathroom were very clean, breakfast is tasteful and fresh, location is very good for taking a bus to Edinburgh, and the host is adorable. View to the golf course is amazing.

Breakfast in own room was spot on for us , everything served was beautiful and fresh. Our room was spotlessly clean and fresh smelling.

The shower needs more power with a handle shower head would have been great !!

Our hosts were lovely and so accommodating and helpful Loved the view from our room, especially breakfast in the bay window Peaceful, calm, clean and restful after travelling. Convenient for travel with the bus stop out front Have recommended to friends for next time!

A lovely big room with a view overlooking the race. Very happy with everything. Staff friendly and helpful.
