The hosts/owners Alice and Kevin made us feel welcomed and comfortable immediately. It was like staying with good friends. Super attentive and the breakfasts were delicious.

We went for the races and the Arden House was right across the road and about 7 mins walk to the centre. The breakfasts were amazing and nothing was too much trouble. The first morning we had the cooked breakfast and it was so so good. The second morning we had the picnic breakfast, we couldn't have asked for more, there was cereals, orange juice, fruit and a fruit bowl with fresh fruit, yogurts, breakfast rolls or croissants, butter, jams, nutella, coffee or tea. They are a lovely couple and couldn't have done any more for us, they were so helpful.

Nothing, everything was amazing. Couldn't fault it at all.

A very good cooked breakfast. The room was clean and comfortable. Great location for the racecourse. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, lovely people.
